End of summer pink. Still have a few roses blooming.
Today, work, then bike. Or bike, then work. Haven't decided yet.
Obsessed by a knitting pattern that makes no sense. I hope it will become clear soon.

Helloooo out there. It's been a long, long time since I've been to this space or even felt like posting here. For some reason, not sure why, I just needed to take a break from it all.

As the summer comes to a close, I feel like posting here again, so I will!

This summer I spent a lot of time with family...in fact the whole summer really, in places that were familiar and beautiful. I went swimming almost every day. I read a lot of books. I spent a lot of time with my children and my nieces and nephews. It was nice.

So now, it's almost September. School is about to begin and life is about to become more chaotic.

I read this article on being busy the other day. Note to self.

Everything is blooming at once!

Love peonies!  These are from the grocery store, but the ones in my garden are going to bloom soon.  I can't quite remember all the different colors I have, so it will be a nice surprise.  I've been reading a lot lately.  Mostly memoir type books, coming of age stories...non-fiction.

Hello!  Didn't really mean to stay away so long...things just got busy.  But now it's spring and everything is blooming earlier than usual.  Lilacs are the best, aren't they?  Except for roses and peonies, but they aren't blooming yet.  Be back soon!
