Working on custom orders this week and finishing up knitting the last scarf of the season.  And preparing for a vintage shop update for Wednesday.  Have a good Monday!

A little collection of vintage kitchenware and this lovely vintage felted wool blanket are in the shop now.  It's really hard to part with these vintage goods, as everything I buy for my shop is something I would love to have in my own home.  I've been adding a new little collection to my shop each Wednesday, and I've got lots of things lined up for the coming weeks, so please check back in!

Vintage basket collection in the shop! The square shallow one is perfect for carrying your Thanksgiving pie to its destination.  And the others are are just plain awesome for storing or displaying anything.  All come with a lovely New England vintage patina.  

Got to visit this beautiful little pop-up shop!  Fog Linen Pop-Up shop on the corner of Sacramento and Oxford Streets in Cambridge, MA.  It was just open for one day only.  An inspiring space with amazing products.  Very special.  I hope they will do another pop-up in the future!

Hello there!  A little Wednesday afternoon shop update.  I've just added a collection of vintage wooden bowls to Jill Bent Vintage.  Just a note on the bowls...I've always been a little obsessed with vintage wood bowls and have a small collection of my own that are always out on my kitchen counters holding fruit, veggies, and general kitchen clutter.  I love how tough and useful they are and especially that they have lived a full life before coming into my home.  They have tons of character.  So, I'm always on the lookout for them and am happy to have found this nice little collection of 3 to share with you.  They have been well loved by their previous owners and are ready to be useful again in a new home.

And then, the clothes peg ladies...a little collection of 4 this time...maybe more as the month rolls on.  I'm hoping the cheerful reds and whites brighten your days.  As always, hand painted and hand sewn by me with vintage clothes pegs and fabric, and in my shop now.  And the ribbon they are posing with is from Angela Liguori's shop, Studio Carta.  Enjoy!

Hello...busy week here, and my shop is fully uploaded with new pillows and vintage items.  And a new collection of Holiday Clothespeg Ladies coming into the shop next Wednesday.   But my favorite part of the week was making (ok, eating) an apple pie.  There's some left over for dessert tonight too.
