While the kids are away at school...I borrowed my daughter's watercolors, then did a pillow photo shoot in my son's room. This kind of behavior would not have been tolerated if they were around! And the things I found behind the dresser when I moved it to put the chair there...like a treasure trove of lost objects. And unmentionable dust (which of course I cleaned up before the photo shoot!).
Rhubarb and lemon linen pillows will be in my shop shortly. Aubergine and navy already there.
Now got to go replace everything so they won't know I was ever in there....
*Update! Rhubarb and Lemon pillows now in the shop

Green floral linen pillows! Softest washed linen. In the shop now. That's my rose geranium next to them...I moved it to my studio this winter so it would get more sun and it smells so delicious. I wish I could somehow bottle the smell!

Lots of pink flowers to make things feel like spring. Sunny, but still so cold and a giant pile of snow remains in my front flower garden. I've been making tiny lavender pillows from leftover fabric. It makes me happy to see this pretty fabric in use, rather than in the scrap bag. I think they would make great pincushions. They may go in my shop at some point in little groups of three. More linen pillows in new fabric coming soon too.
It's nice being back here on the blog...I realized when I wasn't posting I had no record of what I had been doing!

New linen pillows in the shop! These are great for freshening up your spring decor... washed linen in sumptuous colors of aubergine, navy blue and indigo stripes...they will take you through summer and fall too. I'm trying not to have a favorite, as I love them all, but if I was forced to choose, I'd pick the blue stripe, naturally.
