I put my ring on the windowsill while washing dishes yesterday and then looked up to the left at my calendar. Somehow, these two objects made an unexpected composition take place.
Last night my husband and I went out at the last minute to see Cat Power playing at the Orpheum in Boston. It was an amazing concert, and also unexpected.
And lastly, thank you all for leaving me such nice comments here after a month of blogging. Truly an unexpected surprise! Have a nice weekend, everyone!

You've made me so so envious... You got to see Cat Power last night! Love her music, though her Jukebox isn't half as good as her previous records (in my modest opinion). Every time I check your blog I find some picture, some coment... something inspiring. Have a great weekend!

Lovely ring, what's it made of?
I am proud to say I started listening to Cat Power a very long time ago, when she released her first album (97, I think). She's awesome. Lucky you, I never saw her onstage...
