A Brief Visit

Driving home from D.C. we stopped to visit my cousin in Brooklyn for dinner. He lives right across from Sunset Park, where you can see the Statue of Liberty across the water. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and just being in NYC briefly made me long for a trip back there soon. Here are two things that caught my eye in his neighborhood.

There's a nice sale going on here.

I hope you get to come back here soon! There's nothing like NYC in the summer :)

It's funny...I'm wanting to go to Portland these days because I always see such cool blogger posts about funky stores and restaurants there, and then of course Spain...I always want to go there! As they say, the grass is always greener on the other side of the mountain :)

What about visiting Finland? Anybody dying to get here? ; ) Seems that NYC never loses her touch.. New York is a woman, sings S.Vega, beautiful song, by the way.

Yes, I would love to go to Finland too, especially after reading all the amazing Finnish blogs, including your's Stardust! Growing up in a cold and snowy climate, I feel like I have a kinship with Nordic people and places...I hope I am right in assuming that Finns consider themselves Nordic...if not, please correct me :)
