Windowsill Garden
Lucy has been growing wheatgrass on her windowsill. She has been very responsible about watering it and it's really starting to grow. She painted the flowerpots, watering can, and tray herself.
I'm looking forward to gardening outside in my tiny city garden. It's a small space, but it is stuffed full of shrubs, trees, and perennial plants and flowers. Right now it needs a little spring clean up, as does my house and my business. I'm devoting this week and next to getting organized. I'm off to make a list right now. Wish me luck!

Lovely photos!
It is the same here Jill. Every corner here needs to be cleaned up.But I would need some week or two, just for it. Uff.
So sweet. It looks as if your daughter has more a green thumb than this 34-year-old.

Our girls are the same age!

Wow! All these nice comments!
Mrs. French and Angie, Lucy was thrilled to have everyone admiring her wheatgrass.
Anu, I will tell Lucy there is a little girl in Finland growing wheatgrass too, and Karina, also a little girl in Argentina who's 8 and likes to paint!
Andrea, Esti and Artycho, I'm glad I'm not alone in needing to get organized this spring. Thanks for wishing me luck, Mallinkowa.
Joanna, thanks for visiting my blog! I admire your blog so much, so it's nice to know you stopped in here.
What an adorable window sills, and it's such a great way to teach kids to take care of plants!!! Lucy is cute as ever.
(Do you know Lucy is one of my favorite names, by he way?)
Thanks, Mary-Laure! I will tell Lucy you like the name...it's not her favorite, and she always invents other names for herself, but I guess that's normal...you never like your own name right?
