art

I've been meaning to make an inspiration wall with all the beautiful photos and prints I collected in 2008. I finally did it!

I have the blue thistle photo also - it is so beautiful. A couple of your postcards are on my kitchen window. One day one blew outside while it was raining and I decided to leave it to see how it would age - I was hoping for a cool weathered look. Whoever your printer is does a good job because it barely warped!

The pictures are lovely and look great displayed that way. It looks like you have clips with circles hung on pushpins. I'm wondering what kind of clips they are.

posts like this make me feel so proud. I can't really describe what it feels like to see my photos next to other photos taken by people I admire...all put together by someone I find so talented...feeling like a million bucks my dear, all because of you...xo t

Jane, the clips are from Black Ink in Cambridge, MA. They are stainless steel and come in a little box of 10 for $8. http://www.blackinkboston.com/

Traci, I'm so glad I finally got these pictures up on my wall! They make me so happy with their beautiful colors and imagery. Happy to make your day, and thanks for making mine by taking lovely photos for me to be inspired by!

Kim, I'm amazed the postcards survived the wind and rain. Who knew they would be so archival???

Gracia, you put such poetry into your comments. I like!

Happy day to you too Anu, and thanks as always for reading and commenting.

Hi Karina! Seeing your happy, smiling picture along with your comments always makes me smile too!

I loved how you display your shots -- I have some myself (and a few, too, from the lovely Mrs. French) and this is inspiring me to finally get them up!

Thank you Jill. I found the clips online here: http://themut.com/zoomprod/product11/ They have the push pins too. Thank you for the lovely display and example. I hope this will mean the end of trying to support things with push pins without sticking the pins through.
