For dinner tonight, making the most of what is left over: mixing chicken, bacon, shrimp, rice, tomatoes, olives into some kind of crazy version of paella.
Over the last few days I've become totally absorbed in the book I am reading, What is the what by Dave Eggers. I think it may be the best book I have read in quite a while. Anyone reading anything great post-holiday?

Hey, snow is all around us, isn't it? How cozy.
Same here, left overs for dinner from christmas. Gotta love that.
That book is great, or so I heard and it's next on my list. Right now, I am just finishing up " say you're one of them" by Uwen Akpan. Great book too.
Enjoy the stillness and quiet.

My handsome husband bought me Pride and Prejudice/Zombies by Jane Austen/Seth Graham-Smith. Ahem, we'll see how it goes....
