view from above

Taken in the rain yesterday, here's the view of our garden from my daughter's window. As you can see it's a very small space, yet I've managed to stuff an awful lot of plants in there. Everything is blooming at once, roses, iris, and peonies.

Today is my 100th post. When I started this blog, I really didn't know where it would take me. I wanted an outlet for my creative energy, a place to write a little, and post images that inspire me. What I didn't expect was that I would meet so many wonderful people from around the world who inspire me everyday with their words, photos and ideas. Thank you for being a part of my world and letting me be a part of yours as well. Peace and love.

Oh, you are all just so nice!

Thank you, Anu...I'm still thinking of your homegrown potatoes...now that's gardening!

Raining Sheep, thanks for visiting! I'm getting inspired by the knitting on your blog...I might have to seek your advice on that sometime!

Thanks, Mrs. French...so nice to hear!

Karina, thank you...I remember seeing some beautiful "wild" gardens on your blog, now you can see my garden is a little overgrown and wild too.

Thanks Gracia! I always love seeing that little avatar that comes with your comments :)

Esti, I feel the same way about your blog and since I don't have a sister, I am glad that my blog has one!

Hi Anioni, thanks for visiting! I will go have a look at your blog.

Famampa, oh, that would be fun to do your garden. Watch out, I just might hop on a plane :)

Artycho, thanks and my sentiments to you as well! I'm always drooling over pictures of English gardens in magazines...I'm flattered mine reminds you of one.
