on a hike

At the top of the mountain there were scores of wild blueberries, with a few rasberries on the way up. We picked enough to make blueberry tarts two nights in a row. I just can't stop with the summer fruit desserts!

Beautiful green pictures! I have eaten way too many raspberries this summer.. they are soooo good. And blueberries too of course, but they are harder to get (for me at least) ;)

Thanks for visiting Anioni! I always think of Finland as having many wild berries, but not many blueberries, huh?

Hi Karina, wild fruit season is almost over here, but it sure was fruitful this summer :)

Hi Mary-Laure! Nothing like hiking and finding a treat at the top...it helps to motivate the children to hike!

HI Artycho,
What kinds of fruits do you find on your walks? I iamgine England having many interesting berries that we don't have over here. Have a good weekend too!
