more autumn

Yesterday my son told me he would be using the word autumn instead of fall from now on. I agree, it does sound prettier or more evocative, at least.

Through Gracia I discovered Double Ginger. And then Warmi.

Today I'm working on some bags made from vintage wool. They are big and cozy, and I'm looking forward to showing them to you as soon as I can take a good photo of them. Why is it so hard to photograph bags?

I think you see photographing bags hard because you are developing as a photographer. It is a good sign! Every now and then I sneak to look at your bags on Etsy, I like them a lot. Can't afford it, though, sorry.

thank you for the links, there are good things in those places!
wool bags sound like the perfect thing to be working on right now, with a mug of warm cider close by :)

Thanks, Mary and Mrs. French! So nice to hear your kind words on the photos.

Artycho and Esti...I'm glad I'm not the only one who has trouble shooting the objects I make. I guess that's why there are professional photographers, but right now I can't afford that!

Bohemian Girl, I'm so flattered that you sneak peeks at my etsy bags. I know, they are expensive.
I'd like to make some more affordable bags...I'm working on ideas and hope to have some available in the springtime.

Liz, warm cider is an excellent idea. I've been drinking tons of tea as I work and I could use a change up :)

Great pictures!
I do not think that photograph bag is so hard you have to find the angle and the background.
I want to see the bags !!!!
