Last Friday in a fit of late afternoon inspiration I made these banners, using up some scraps of my favorite vintage fabrics. They are hanging on the wall in my studio now, just looking cheerful. I was going to show you some bags I have been working on this week, but it's rainy today, not a good day for photos. So now it's back to the sewing machine to finish up another bag.

These are happy. I would like to make some for hagen's next b-day. I also want to sew him a quilt, so I guess i'd better get going on one of them if I ever hope to finish.
